The transformation of George Conway, on the other hand, first began several years ago when he realised he would eventually pay the price for his sedentary lifestyle and unhealthy eating habits. Now, though, there would be an alternative path.
Conway first worked with physicians to come up with a personalised eating and exercise plan he could adhere to in order to reach his ideal weight without increasing his chances for health complications. Conway also worked on making incremental behaviour changes, such as getting into the habit of eating more fresh fruits and vegetables, and scheduling time for regular physical activity.
Advocating for Healthier Living
Therefore, when Conway began to see some progress in your own weight-loss efforts, he needed no second invitation. He picked up his activism in the community at large, and, as someone who had earned public recognition, he vowed to use that publicity to promote the actualisation of better health. His activism to empower families to gain more control over their health, including the striking vice of overeating and obesity that is plaguing our nation, became more urgent as your weight continued to shed.
Conway has spoken publicly on why healthier lifestyles and wholesome food are important.
