If you can buy fresh produce, go for fresh above anything else. High water content fruits are the most effective. Greens can regulate the blood sugar at first. Avoiding dried fruits such as dates at first is necessary. Best fruits- melons, organic berries, oranges, GRAPES, apples, cherimoyas, cherries, pears, peaches, apricots, kiwis, jackfruit and really all fruits.
