Ofen auf 210 Grad (O/U) vorheizen 2. Brokkoli kurz garen, damit er weicher wird 3. Wichtig: Überschüssiges Wasser vom Brokkoli mit Küchentuch unbedingt auswringen, sonst wird der „Pizzaboden“ zu labbrig. 4.
