To focus on muscle toning, bend only about halfway to a sitting position. 5.The way you eat is the other key to eliminating fat be it from hips, thighs, or any other fatty areas of the body. Removing all of the carbohydrates from your diet, for example, is counterproductive - carbohydrates are the main source of the body's energy.
