#shorts being short (5โ1) & losing body fat is hard - if youโre short like me you already know this! here are my 8-week mini cut results + the plan๐๐ผ from 117.6 lbs to 113.0 (-4.6 lbs) in 8 weeks - super sustainable โ measurements: waist: -.5 inches hips: -1 inch thigh: -.5 inches what I was ALREADY doing before the mini cut: 1๏ธโฃ lifting weights 4-5x a week 2๏ธโฃ 8-9k daily steps (including cardio) 3๏ธโฃ eating PFF balanced, intuitively (protein, healthy fats and fibrous carbs in each meal) what I changed: 1๏ธโฃ consistency!
