I start by sharing a little update on what's been going on. Celebrated my 38th birthday with my fam and with a delicious bizcocho Dominicano (Dominican cake) from De colores in Dyckman, celebrated my best friend getting married by treating her to a spa day at the BathHouse Williamsburg (which by the way we didn't love so much) and lastly celebrated our son's 16th birthday. So much goodness to celebrate. I talk about losing weight and our couple weight loss journey. Together, we have lost 177lbs!! Losing weight hasn't been easy and consistent of tons of isolation to work out the kinks of discipline. Eventually being worth it in the end. I'm so glad to be on the other side and to have succeeded in a healthy weight loss. We go grocery shopping in nyc, go buy running sneakers at the Brooklyn Running company, go to a few coffee shops in Brooklyn. and some random Clips. Basically, it's just us living in Nyc as a city mom, raising a family in Nyc, wife life (a lil homemaker-ish).
