Potato wedges 1 lbs Potatoes A mix of veggie stock, garlic salt and herbs Veg 1/2 Cucumber 1 Capsicum The just add your favorite oil free store bought hummus!  Chop your pound of potatoes into wedges and add into your air fryer, add the seasoning and shake it.  Set it to 200 degrees Celsius for 10 mins.  Your wedges should be done by now so have a seat and enjoy a fab weight loss meal that is also filling and delicious. Too easy!!
