Butter your bagels and brown them on the stove on the buttered side (or use burger buns) or toast them, lay your lettuce, the chicken breast and then your mayonnaise mixture. 🥬Spinach Green Pasta (Low carb dinner, vegetarian friendly) 1. Cook your linguine, in salted boiling water or cook pasta according to package instructions. Save 1/2 cup of pasta water. 2. In a blender add: 1 cup milk(of your choice), 1/4 cup vegetable stock, 2 tsp minced garlic, 2 1/2 handfuls spinach, fresh basil, crushed chilli flakes and salt and blend until smooth. 3. In a pan, sauté 1 chopped onion and season with black pepper and salt. Cook for 1 minute. Add 1 tbsp. vegetable stock or water to the onion. 4.
