She says that she felt more confident and sexy. At first, she thought that she just needed to do something else to change her life. But after four months of working out consistently, she decided to try a different strategy. Chrissy tried fasting, and it worked. She says that it gave her the ability to focus more on her goals and to avoid emotional eating. She also learned a lot about what foods were good for her body. Now, she believes that there’s no one diet plan that works for everyone. Instead, we need to try many different things to see what works best for us.
