I posted pics of myself from may 2008, I was 160 lbs, the red pants and silver bikini top are the same I am wearing now, In 2008 i was busting out of those pants, now I have to hold them so they stay up--way baggy. As you can see ive lose alot of weight. Right now I'm 124. I just wanted to show my progress since last year, i did this all on my own, so you can do it yourself if you stick with diet, exercise, eating healthy combined. When i was 160 I never beleived i could get thinner. Even my cellulite is almost gone, i feel from a combo of exercise and weight loss. I still want to be 115 or 110, so 10 more pounds, as u can see my hips are hard to trim. You can do it too, just be patient.i learned the HARD way. im glad i took the pics when i was 160 even though i felt ugly, maybe a reminder what not to do again.

Even though Mac agrees that his high carb, low fat, cooked vegan diet was a healthy diet, he feels that 80/10/10 has evolved diet. 80/10/10 is the diet Mac has always been looking for. Before he was on an 80/10/10 diet, or even a vegan diet, he would have to restrict his calories before fights to cut weight. Now he feels he can eat UNLIMITED amounts of calories coming from fruits and vegetables and not have to worry about gaining excess weight. Some of durianrider's videos actually made him realize that it wasn't the carbohydrates that made people fat but the fat they were eating WITH the carbohydrates that made people fat.
