Deshalb ist es wichtig, leicht verdauliche und kalorienarme Mahlzeiten zu sich zu nehmen, die den Körper nicht belasten, aber gleichzeitig sättigen.
Gebratener Lachs mit Gemüse
Eine leichte und leckere Option für das Abendessen zum Abnehmen ist gebratener Lachs mit Gemüse. Lachs ist reich an Omega-3-Fettsäuren, die gut für das Herz-Kreislauf-System sind.
